In case invoice has wrong information about customer and customer require edit these information, Seller and Buyer will create “ Minutes of adjusting invoice” after that sign and stamp on, each side will keep 1 copy

 

 

 

 

Minutes of cancel, and revocation of invoices

In case Seller has issued and sent invoice but customer want cancel service/goods or incase the original invoice has wrong information and customer want to cancel that invoice, 2 sides has to create Minutes of cancellation, 2 side has been sign, stamp and each side keeps one copy
