Step 1: Access to web portal

Step 2: Input invoice which need to search  into respectively blank: Invoice code, Branch, Form, Serial, etc.

Step 3: Key in captcha and click to “search” 

Step 4: After Einvoice show on screen, you can choose: 

⦁ Download by click Download file

⦁ Digital signs on Einvoice by click Sign by digital signature

Step 5: If you choose “Sign Einvoice”, you need to prepare Digital signature. In case, your browser has not set up Java to runs digital signature, please download and set up Java as guide 

Step 6: Browser will search and show all signature which are connected to your computer, please choose suitable one

Step 7: After choose signature và sign, website will announce: Sign successfully

Step 8: You can download invoice will signature of both side by Click to Download invoice file
